CVS Pharmacy

GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! So sick of CVS pharmacies. No notification that my critical prescription was on back order. Called them to ask that my prescription get transferred to another pharmacy so I could actually get it filled. I was told that will not transfer a prescription when asked directly by the customer, the pharmacy I wanted it transferred to had to request it because, “we don’t trust a customer’s transfer request “….ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? Asked my new pharmacy to request the transfer. They did and CVS still has not transferred it over days later.

CVS pharmacy. It’s a very good place to get your vaccine self-care it’s very private and personal…I have my own primary care physician, but I prefer to go here and get my vaccines because it just feels more .important as Mom‘s…We tend to put ourselves in the backseat by caring for everybody else first, we must take care of self first we have to do self-care…if not we are no good anyone else , we care of ourselves first.

Super nice pharmacists and always helpful with figuring out coupons, goodRx, and insurance to see what’s going to be most beneficial for the client. Telly appreciate their hard work.

This pharmacy and pharmacist are the absolute worst. They offer zero help with locating prescriptions that are on back order and just tell you to talk to your doctor about increasing or decreasing dosage like that would somehow help the order be received faster? Maybe they don't understand that changing up dosage constantly or randomly isn't good for your health or maybe they just don't care.

Substandard customer service and I am leaving this review after several negative experiences. I just left hospital and went there to pick up my meds. They pulled down their blind and said come back at 2. Nowhere is mentioned that they close at 1:30. I am done with this place and will move to Rite Aide.
