CVS Pharmacy

Newer pharmacist is very impersonal and has used her "discretion" to prevent a well-oiled (and within fed restriction) refill schedule i had managed with Vicky for more than a year. I've never attempted to fill outside of guidelines and now she's not even attempting to fill an RX until I lapse the morning the refill overlaps the next month. Poor effort, just lazy. In fact, the pharmacy tech didn't even check with pharmacist prior to completing my transaction, which tells me the "block" was likely predetermined based on our issue from last month. In 2 months I've Vicky - A+ and always will be, it's in her nature.

Unwelcome and super slow. I have been waiting for my prescription for 30min. No wonder nobody is here…. There is a male doctor who is very good. Don’t look for the female doctor.

Oh my goodness! If you are getting a prescription in the afternoon, at a busy time, fugetaboutit! The line does not move, they only have one register ( sometimes 2 ) but there is no way you will get in, grab your script and get out in a reasonable time. Set aside 30 to 40 minutes for your adventure at the Columbia CVS. The line had 8 people when I got there and by the time I left, the line had 14 or 16 people waiting to buy their medicine., More your script to a better CVS. One that has multiple registers and short lines. The rest of the store runs fine so if you don't need to purchase drugs, you will find the store running just fine. Their app will not allow me to give them Zero stars! I had to click one star just to post my review. Please ignore my star!

3 years ago, I got 2 covid shoots. Today, I lost my record, and I asked them about the new card. They are telling me ," You got 1 shoot ". So what i have to do .? I don't want to another vaccine.

The male doctor in the pharmacy was so kind and amazing. Even though they were about to close he helped me out which truly made the difference for me. I am extremely thankful and I dont know how else to repay him other than writing this so thank you Sir!
