CVS Pharmacy

Always greeted and treated respectfully. However, today I had an issue with the self- checkout and when I asked a male employee for assistance, I was basically told that he had no idea why I was having trouble. He seemed put out that I even asked (even after I waited for him to finish with his customer). A female associate quickly helped me and knew why I was having trouble. The self-checkout was having issues and they even had a service tech out earlier. Because of his manager status, I am certain the male associate knew why I was having trouble. He just let me look like a fool and didn't care. That's a shame because I am a local and repeat shopper. Now that's all I'll think about when I see him again.

Their loyalty cards expire. I tried to use a bogo deal and they would not allow it. So I did not allow me to create a purchase, and left.

Did not receive the 10 dollar coupon for getting my covid booster. No privacy or followup instructions provided. Pharmacy is understaffed.

The wait can be very long. They do not open a second register to assist those of us that are standing in line for long periods of time.

Every time I try to call or visit the wait times are insane. They take 15+ mins to take a call and now send you to voicemail instead. This is a quiet - four cars in the parking lot max and have one of the two drive thru closed for months - location and yet they still fail. The lead pharmacist seems to be off in her own outer space and likely what brings this location to its knees.
