CVS Pharmacy

This site seems to always be very busy but the service is as fast as cane be expected. This last trip I quipped to the staff that the real reason I was there was to enjoy their company.

I absolutely dislike the voicemail service vs speaking with a human. The website and app barely ever work. It makes getting a refill near impossible and extremely unpleasant. I called to get my prescription, had to leave a message because it wasn't on the prerecorded refill options. I had to leave a message, I missed the return call. I tried going on the website over a dozen times prior to calling I also tried the app. Every time there was an error with the pharmacy section of the CVS website/app. I finally was able to access my information on the website/app to refill the prescription after trying for 5 days. after not hearing for 24 hours I called to check the status of my prescription because it was still showing \"in process\" on the app. The recorded message said it would be available

Team CVS inside target does a great job. Great employees. Knowledgeable and freindly!
