Gabriel at the pharmacy counter was incredibly patient & helpful with a prescription issue I had. His customer service was on point & really made it simpler to remedy the confusion quickly so I could receive my medications ASAP. Wonderful employee.
We went yesterday to get vaccines for my husband. The young man that helped us was very nice. Took good care of my husband who is 90 yo. And can hardly walk.
CVS pharmacy is the only pharmacy i utilize. They always assist me with any medication issues. When i arrive they say someone will be with you. If you don't get a smile acknowledgement is the next best thing. My mindset is they get the work done. I receive text messages which i opted for. Makes it easier to refill your medication. I never had an issue with any medication. If i did they corrected it. This is my pharmacy I am happy with them.
When you go to the pharmacy nobody acknowledges you even though there's six people behind the counter. No one helps you for over 11 minutes. And then they finally help you they give you an attitude like why are you there bothering them. Extremely rude. My CVS pharmacy in effort PA used to be wonderful and old people that work they were wonderful and they knew your name and they were happy. Now they're just miserable there and have no respect for their customers whatsoever. And you automatic refill sucks. And they give me the wrong medication for other people. They just don't know how to do a good job there. They should all be fired and rehire back your old crew unfortunately I've been with them since 1984 and I will now be changing pharmacies. Get with the program.
Always out of stock if regular prescriptions. Waited in the drive thru for a script to pick up for over 30 minutes. I was told they were helping a costumer. The same one, the whole time. Really?
