CVS Pharmacy

I've gone to Edinburgh, IN CVS since 2019 and I have seen it go through good times and some rough times. They have gotten much better in the last few months. Marie is a wonderful pharmacy technician and always has a sweet smile and hello every time I see her. I will continue to frequent this CVS because the customer service is continuing to get better and better.

I was very disappointed last month. I've been having a really good. You know. No problems at all picking up my medications and stuff. And all I was trying to do was get one of my medications switched closer to the hospital where my son was on life support and they gave me. A lot of flack it was very hard on me as I was going through having a 24 year old son on life support and she had no compassion whatsoever

Poor people at this location are overworked. CVS automated attendant over the phone makes a corporate promise that the script will be filled in hours yet the pharmacy may not even be open during the week. They get a 30 min lunch and are on their feet nonstop. Nice people getting used and abused by a corporation.

CVS Pharmacy was great. Danielle filled my script with personality and professionalism. Very satisfied.

Needed a last minute money order and jayc's machine was down. Cvs sells money orders but for some illogical reason you have to have your ID. I wasnt wasting my time driving another 30 minutes to my house and back and I wont waste another trip to cvs ever again. ID for a money order gtf outta here! 🤣😡
