CVS Pharmacy

My wife and I had scheduled an appt for the Covid booster for today. We arrived on time, checked in on our phone, and got a message telling us to sit and wait. After ten minutes of waiting, I went up to ask where was our vaccine? One of those behind the desk looked clueless, and said there's no one present who's certified to give injections. "So why didn't someone call us to cancel?" CVS: "We don't see those automated messages." I: "Well, we've been sitting in those chairs. Why didn't someone ask what we were waiting for?" CVS: "We didn't notice." CVS appears to be deteriorating into a totally half-assed operation in which the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing and, moreover, no one appears to care. Definitely looks like a business on the way out.

I was completely disgusted by my last visit to this pharmacy. The pharmacist Sophie treated me like a common criminal. All because I didn't want to use my health insurance(it costs more). She never actually explained why by was very loud, obnoxious and kept rolling her eyes and flinging her hands around.When the other pharmacist asked what was going on she yelled my daughters prescription and issue across the room. Everyone heard her. Eventually she just said she wasn't filling it. I was not the first customer in line that had a horrible experience. I am no longer a customer. CVS did finally reach out to me but never really followed up as to the outcome. They are just now commenting on this comment 4/23/25 so obviously they don't care how their customers are treated.

The pharmacy drive thru is NEVER open. They need to take the drive thru sign down. Once inside, you have to wait in a long line just to get your refills. To make matters worse, the automated refill system will text you saying that your refill is ready, but it isn’t, and you have to sit for another 15 minutes while they fill your prescription.

I switched from walgreens to cvs in easton a few years ago. at first it was great. if i needed a refill id call it in and it was always ready on time or early. now they are never ready. in fact they dont even try to fill your rx until you are at the counter tryng to pick it up. they dont care about your time. they either tell you to wait in the store for anywhere from 15 mins to an hour. or make another trip later or the next day . if i could give zero stars i would. horrible way to treat people.

The customer service today was fast and effective. The pharmacy assistant at register was outstanding. This was my second great experience at this Easton MD location. Keep this up.
