When I stepped to the counter, the clerk stepped away but said she would be right back. After several minutes moving around and talking with others, she returned to the counter but then turned and asked if she “should go on her break or wait on this customer?” After several moments without an answer, she turned and finally waited on me. The next pharmacy just up the road is Walgreens!
The chief pharmacist, Kris, shows empathy towards all patients & takes the time to explain your medications to you. He is well informed in many subject areas & has a genuine interest in keeping you healthy & happy. America would have the best care in the world if we had more people like Kris caring for us. I encourage everyone to get their medications at this CVS pharmacy so they can become well informed by Kris. He takes the time to explain your medicines to you because your doctor usually doesn't have either the time or inclination. As a practicing dentist & physician, Kris is one of the best pharmacists in my 35+ years of practice. Please take advantage of his personalized services & tell him that Drs. Rex & Mike sent you.
Very professional and nice and friendly staff. The CVS pharmacist and technicians have always been very helpful to me in East Palatka. I would recommend this pharmacy to others seeking a pharmacy.
