CVS Pharmacy

CVS Pharmacy - 160 S Main St I recently had a frustrating experience at the CVS Pharmacy on South Main Street in Doylestown. I was assisted by a blonde pharmacy representative whose name badge was either fully covered or missing, so I was unable to identify her. She spoke very softly, making it difficult to hear her. I had to ask her to repeat herself at least four times during the interaction. At one point, she asked me to answer a question on the screen, but there was no question displayed. When I mentioned that nothing appeared, she responded, “Oh, sorry,” without further explanation. I also had to repeat my personal information more than twice. Had an issue at self checkout with an item ringing up at the incorrect price. One of the employees immediately came over to resolve the situation. Glad to have this experience, and kudos to the CVS team at this store for being so aware of a customer at self-checkout. Usually, when things go wrong at self-checkout, it takes awhile to locate an employee to fix, but not this time. Thanks!

Mmmmgh... Good drugs, there are. Death sticks, they do not have. Cough syrup, take me to the Dark Side, it does. Rude, the old customers are. Know how to use the credit card reader, they do not.
