CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy is very busy. overall, the staff have always been very nice. However, today I encountered the pharmacist being extremely abrupt and rude as I needed assistance with a prescription that was sent to the wrong CVS, although she come and assisted in transferring the prescription she was not very nice almost to a point where she was argumentative and sarcastic. I have encountered this pharmacist in the past face-to-face and she’s always been pleasant. Perhaps today was an off day for her, but I did not appreciate her demeanor.

I would give 5 stars and all of them to Yanet because she has a positive attitude and is extremely helpful each and every time I come by to get medicine. The other woman in the white coat though, does not look approachable at all. I would say it is extremely frustrating not being able to get in touch with anyone in the pharmacy over the phone, the automated prompts or virtual phone assistant is junk. I end up hanging up in frustration because it can’t solve my issue.

Cvs is one of the best pharmacies in the us. It is though known for having a bit higher prices than other pharmacies.

The pharmacist gave me my 2nd Shingles Vaccine on my dominant left arm. She failed miserably to tell me that the pain afterwards would be extremely bad and that I wouldn't be able to use my arm. This pharmacist needs to warn people better. If I had known about this much pain prior. I would've had it on my right arm. Then whe I called the pharmacist she tells me to move the arm more and use cold compresses to relieve the pain. When I can barely move my arm. This particular pharmacist who happens to be African American, needs better training and better instructions before giving vaccines. Her training has zero to do with her ethnicity. I am just mentioning her ethnicity in case others go and get a vaccine from her to beware and ask a lot of questions as to the pain you will experience afte

I would love to leave a positive review, but my experience with CVS Pharmacy has been consistently disappointing. My prescriptions are often delayed due to insurance issues, and there’s little to no communication with my doctor to resolve them. I always have to get involved, which wastes time and causes unnecessary stress. I’ve also tried using the delivery service twice, and both times my orders were canceled without explanation. Overall, I’m not happy at all with the service. CVS needs to seriously improve communication and reliability.
