CVS Pharmacy

Horrible customer service. There’s a guy in the pharmacy who’s the manager is the only one who has good customer service but they’re just really rude there. There’s a reason that they have a poor score here and it definitely shows in how they treat you. Took my business elsewhere and got my prescription filled with no problems. I hope management makes changes here because the bare minimum of treating customers with respect isn’t here. Never experienced this in any other pharmacy

Worst damn pharmacy ever. They can never do anything. Always backed up. Never answer the phones. The medicines that they have for you to get at the window with your other medicines they can never grab them for you. It’s just bs every time. God forbid you have covid because the entire store will be at risk. If they don’t do shit else they’re going to ask you to come in instead of stopping to do their damn job after you’ve sat in line for 30 damn minutes anyways! Mis informing you your meds are ready. And all types of things. They need knew management and training.

Every month I faithfully come to pick up my prescription, you would figure that I wouldn’t have to call in an order it every time. But still I go ahead and order it and now while I’m in there, there is no line but they are adamant about me waiting until 5 o’clock. Keep in mind there’s nobody else in line. Not only that, most pharmacies will let you pick up two days early but because of this I’ve been without my medication for three days now in Texas. It’s not even a narcotic it’s just an anti-depressant! Ridiculous. The rest is CVS is awesome, I love the staff but the pharmacy and their staff sucks

I just had the worst call I’ve ever had with a pharmacist at this location. I was asking about getting a double dose of my meds because my doctor sent it in wrong and the way I was met with rudeness immediately is insane. I was just seeing if they could fill it and didn’t argue about it because I trust them but I guess she was having a bad day or something because I’ve never been spoken to like that.

I don’t even live close to this CVS on South Range in Denham Springs ,LA. .I drive to this CVS because of the employees!! Everyone treats you like family !! I’ve tried using other CVS closer to my house and they don’t even compare. Do yourself favor and give them a try you won’t regret it !
