CVS Pharmacy

My boyfriend went in to deposit some money into his bank account and some older lady first name starts with with a T was BEYOND disrespectful to my boyfriend and caused my boyfriend to be extremely uncomfortable, the good man my man is when she was disrespectful to him he kept it very respectful and polite but she was extremely disrespectful!! Stay clear from this cvs absolutely disgusting behavior

Absolutely the slowest service at a pharmacy that I have ever encountered. Maybe if we all make a formal complaint with CVS about these 30+ minute waits (for a PROCESSED prescription- just to check out) they will actually do something about it. I just did. I’m also switching to the Publix pharmacy across the parking lot. Inside and drive through are equally bad.

After not getting a text or phone call or anything about a prescription I had dropped off 5 hours earlier, and then being on hold for over 30 minutes, pharmacist tells me they never got my prescription. When I describe the woman that took it and what time it was he put me on hold and came back a bit and said oh here it is. I didn't want to go up there to pick it up during 5:00 traffic so I waited till 6:30. This store is only 1.3 miles away and it took over an hour. When I saw that the line was so long outside at the drive-thru, I went inside and there were twice as many people in there waiting for prescriptions. So I went back to the drive-thru. This is absolutely ridiculous and I let my temper show. I will highly not recommend this place to anybody. I could have had two doses of my antib

None of the pharmacy clerks can ever resolve an issue. I got shuffled from employee to employee and no one knew anything. I was just trying to make sure both my insurance carriers are on file because lately I've been charged for meds I never paid for out of pocket before. You're dealing with people's medications and money - get your act together. I'm switching pharmacies after 2 years of terrible customer service.
