CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy always takes at least 30 minutes and has the worst customer service ever. Even when there is no one in line, it still takes forever. There was one instance where after waiting 45 minutes to see someone, I said I wanted to update my insurance information. I was told I would have to come back in 24 hours. These people do not care at all about their pharmacy customers.

Needed medicine asap showed up at 9:40 pm hoping I wasnt to late and the employees locked the door before 10pm (closing time) this is highly unacceptable and needs to be addressed. You can not close a business before closing hours just because you dont want to help people before closing.

I try to transfer my prescription from NC to texas and yes they did it but wasn't satisfied with them they only transfer one prescription 😔

Clean, well staffed, helpful. A few too many out of stocked areas on weekends.

I was just in here earlier and honestly had a great interaction. I know that retail workers and customers are plastered all over social media with bad interactions, so some positivity is always good to share. First off the pharmacists at this location are easy to speak with, knowledgable and all around very professional and helpful. I had a quick question and was advised on what I should expect and additional solutions to the issue I was facing. Second, and I am kicking myself for not getting his name but, the gentleman behind the counter when I was checking out at 9am this morning (7/26/23) might be one of the most genuine people I've met. The transaction went so smoothly I hardly noticed it but what was immediately evident was the positivity the associate wore even though he was having
