CVS Pharmacy

Today I called CVS to ask when I could get my medication. The pharmacist who answered the phone said she had no idea when it would be ready and she wouldn’t know until more staff came to help her. I told her my situation - I have poison ivy for the first time and need the ointment. She said she had no idea when they’d have it ready for me and told me to call her back. When I asked for her name she said “I’m not going to give it to you”. If I’m supposed to call her back, why won’t she give her name?! Also, how can a pharmacy of such a wide scope across the US not be able to give an ETA on a common tube of ointment? I’m appalled by this whole experience. I ended up transferring the refill to the CVS in Brooklyn and they were able to get me my meds in 5 min.

All the employees at this store are professional, kind and helpful. However, at this particular pharmacy it is no longer open on weekends. Instead of having enough personal hired to keep it open and so all staff have the hours they need but not overworked the company chooses to just close the pharmacy on weekends. What happens if my husband needs his breathing meds refilled? If my family needs urgent care and is prescribed an antibiotic where do we go? I do not recommend this store for that one main reason.

After being released from hospital was unable to obtain medication following a miscarriage and near death experience. Pharmacy closed on the Weekends. CVS is too cheap to hire 2 pharmacists to cover the need. Switching to another pharmacy.

This is the legit worst CVS pharmacy EVER in a Target department store and I worked for Target for 4 years.. I recently moved to the area and needed a new pharmacy.. Welp let me just say I won't be going to this one anymore. They are constantly rude 😒 and always are short or short staffed. When you ask a question they still stand there filling scripts instead of focusing on the customer. #sorrynotsorry I'll take my business elsewhere 😌!

They are never open! I went to pick up a prescription at 6:30, when they are supposed to be open until 7, and they were closed!!! Most of the staff is actually pretty nice. The people they get to fill in because they are short staffed tend to be the rude ones.
