CVS Pharmacy

Can always pick up things when needed and it good to have that extra 10.00 to spend every month. So once you become a extra care then you'll enjoy before the next month is deducted. Its would have been nice if every month that 10.00 can rollover. 😀

Found out today that the Pharmacy never told me my continuous glucose meters were no longer covered by my prescription insurance which is also, surprise, CVS. So I've been paying over $200+ every 3 months for almost 2 years now for no reason since a PA would've meant spending $0.00. So I'll be moving all my prescriptions from here and avoiding it since this place is sketch!

Prescription pick up, over the counter told me I needed a passport for my i-d. Went drive through drivers license was good, I had my driver license with me when I went to the counter, it was not good for her, though it has picture i-d on it. That is why you are getting 2 stars, as I came from the south Part of Haines City

I'm agreeing with the sentiment not to use drive thru. I pulled in twice in the past four days to pick up my prescription only to be told it hadn't been filled yet. Walked in this morning and thankfully was given my prescription, but was told it had been filled on the 19th. I'm not sure where the discrepancy lies between info given at the back window vs at the counter, but I was not impressed by the mismatch of information. The only conclusions I can come to are either drive thru couldn't find my pre-filled prescription in the back or they didn't look.

Mean employees, using headphones while you're struggling in the self checkout. Empty shelves and damage merchandise. Never a manager in charge. The Quality of the store is not the same anymore.
