CVS Pharmacy

If you like a store with the ambiance of a human-sized vending machine; complete with aisles that are narrow, frequently blocked with boxes of merchandise, lousy hours for pharmacy service, a new computerized pharmacy pickup system that needs human intervention to take cash or answer questions than you’ll love this miserable CVS. It’s a shame negative ratings are not possible. I’d give this CVS a -10!

We get our flu and covid shots every year at CVS. Always easy to schedule appointments.

The people who work at CVS are wonderful; they do their best for us.

As often as I come here, I finally encountered what others have complained about. The young lady (Sharissa) in the pharmacy was completely rude and walked away when I was asking a question to 'verify' or 'recap' the issues discussed. If you are too young to understand that recapping is a way to ensure you have all the correct information so I don't have to come back later with more questions, then you need to get another job...and not in customer service! She really needs to learn how to service customers better!

My husband needed his medications as soon as possible so I asked if I should wait or come back later. The man answered “ you said more than ten kinds of medicine! It’ll take 3-4 hours or maybe it’s not going to be ready today either” Ok I gave all the informations of my husband and insurance and left. Waited for a couple of days but no call so my husband called. The man said the insurance reject his medication and all cost $5000! We asked other CVS in Target to transfer the prescription and everything was done within two hours and it was just $75. What kind of people work there? People need medication because they are sick! We’re so lucky to find another CVS inside Target! They are professional and they are Human!
