Let me preface this with I hate to leave a negative review, but I do want to prevent anyone else from having the same negative experience or wasting their time. Today I went for my TDAP vaccine that I scheduled several weeks ago. I am 28 weeks pregnant and scheduled specifically on my lunch break. About 10 minutes after I had been waiting, the pharmacist let me know that she was not able to administer the vaccine because she was a new employee at the location and the computer system had blocked her. The supervisor was on vacation and could not be reached to override. I am normally very understanding but a similar thing happening a few weeks ago when I went for my COVID vaccine. The computer system was down so they were unable to administer it at that time either. The issue is that they s

I am a steady here for years and the steady pharmacist knows me so I usually don’t have issues but in past two months you only have one steady pharmacist and she is only one that knows what to do and what’s in store meaning medications . Other filling in don’t care or are lost and don’t deserve to have the job . You don’t stock some medications which will happen in all places but atleast we can get the fill in pharmacist to order medications right when they are working . This store needs pharmacist steady ones that care like the one steady in there . The new check-in system is confusing and poorly implemented. Most of the people waiting to pick up prescriptions seemed unsure how it worked. Even after everyone checked in, the pharmacist and the other attendant took a long time to acknowledge the queue, so the process did nothing to improve service speed. There were also serious privacy concerns. The pharmacist repeatedly asked for personal identification information out loud, multiple times, within earshot of everyone in the waiting area. This felt like a clear HIPAA violation and made the situation uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I have decided to move all of my prescriptions, and my family’s prescriptions, to another pharmacy.

Ive posted negatively about cvs in the past. Over the past several years post covid, I've seen a 180 degree improve change. The drive thru is efficient and fast. No complaints

I went there 3 times seeking for a flu injection, and nobody was able to apply it because there were not licensed to do it. Finally after the 3rd time I get it. The phone service doesn't work you need to leave messages only. Reason why I waited was to get the $10.00 coupon they were giving up.
