The pharmacy staff is efficient, patient, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is handled smoothly. I especially want to recognize Steve, who consistently goes above and beyond. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm and welcoming every month when I pick up my medication. He has helped me find better pricing options and always makes the experience feel personal rather than transactional. His kindness and attention truly make a difference. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and his Rx of “injectable insulin” was ready and we were not called although both my husband and I had previously gone to the store personally and spoken to David (very nice and professional) to add a text message when the Rx would be available. Days passed and no text I called and spoke a lady named Ana, she was beyond unpleasant, she spoke to me as if I were an insolent child (I’m 67)! I ended up having to hang up because her because her demeanor was horrible….. Furthermore, I had my ENT provide a new Rx for a medication that I had never taken and I asked Ana what was the status she said “well it’s still unavailable” I spoke firmly at that point saying “how could you not have given me a follow up call”? I am honestly fed up with the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff at this location. The service has gone completely downhill. About a month ago, I went to pick up my prescription on the very last day stated in the app and text reminders, meaning it should still have been available. When I arrived, the large man who always looks annoyed said my prescription had already been put back. I explained that the app clearly showed that day as my last pickup day, but he just kept arguing instead of listening or trying to help. When I asked when it could be ready again, he said, “About 10 minutes, but we close in an hour.” I replied that was fine, but he repeated himself as if I didn’t understand. The staff in Coral Gables were helpful when I was looking for allergy medicine for head cold. They had a grocery store also for food products. It was nice, clean and well stocked.😊
