CVS Pharmacy

first time ever having to fill a narcotic, which is also a maintenance medication for anxiety, 0.5mg of Klonopin. i take 1/2 of that at bedtime. which means a 30 day supply last me 60 days. this pharmacy has made it extremely difficult to get my medicine when i need it and they always have an excuse for why they can't fill it, "it's too early" "we don't have it in stock" or "there is no more refills, or prescriptions left" and have even shorted me like 10 and never mentioned replacing them. if i had to make an estimated guess on why?...i would think "THEY" are messing with peoples medications/prescriptions due to them TAKING THEM! this store needs to be investigated along with all of the workers being randomly drug tested!!!! has anyone else experienced any kind of issues with them dealing

If I could do zero stars I would. Anywho, I’ve been going to this CVS location for many years and the experience is always iffy. The turnover rate is high there and the attitudes are horrible. Tuesday I waited almost 20 mins in the drive-thru to be serviced just to get to the window for them to tell me “the system shut down and I’m going to have to come back at 2pm” just so they can go on their lunch break. The manager didn’t even try to help until I said the prescription was free. After that he let one of the other pharmacy technicians service me and get me my prescription. This was MY experience!

DR. O has completely turned thsi Pharmacy location from an unpleasant experience to a delightful Pharmacy experience. The Dr and staff provides always provides great customer service as well as helpful consultation. Team works very well providing an outstanding experience from greeting to customer delivery. During the past 90 days their team has delivered quality customer service. I love everyone in the pharmacy, best team. A pleasure to be greeted with a smile and a caring staff. Shay, Brittany Dr O and they sweet young men that also is so helpful. The front of the store staff is so nice especially the store manager.

The wait time is ridiculous and they front desk ladies are rude. I waited 30mins for a prescription i put for refill 25mins before getting there. They continuously neglected me and I watched 4 sets of customers get their prescription
