Greg and Pauline are incredible. They are hard working, professional and so nice. Please treat them with respect because they will do everything they can to help but they are severely understaffed. It’s not their fault, CVS needs to staff these pharmacies with more workers and Greg and Pauline were exceptional.
Terrible customer service. Called ahead several times to ensure prescription would be filled on time. No returned call. Showed up and pharmacist refused to fill due to out of state residence.
I have been client many years, I've never received worst treatment & animosity from a certified CVS pharmacist: GEORGETTE I am moving my purchase to WALGREENS, so she cannot spoil my day every month anymore.
I had a problem with my prescription in my New York pharmacy and the guy at the register and the pharmacist helped me to get my prescription transferred down here after a headache from the New York pharmacy. And they did my prescription in minutes. a phenomenal team at this pharmacy
This pharmacy has the best customer service that I have experienced. They make it so easy to have a prescription filled and staff is always very friendly and professional.
