CVS Pharmacy

Awful...I spent 2 1/2 months visiting my family in Delaware for the holidays and signed up for transferring my prescription s to a CVS about a mike from where I was staying. Nightmare. My Cocoa CVS continued to fill prescriptions also filled in Delaware... Trying to get things straightened out was impossible. Also...there was a problem getting one of my prescription s at all in Del. The clerk at the drive through said to see someone in the phRmacy. I did..at the consulting window. Everyone was busy. Finally I tapped on the glass...a worker about 6 feet away from me looked uo. She leaned over her work table and asked what I wanted. I said I needed to talk to someone about a medication. What do you want...never moving any closer. I said "I want to NOT shout out my private business" Rolled e

This is reference to the pharmacy, bare minimum effort, terrible customer service experience. No smile, no interest whatsoever in customer satisfaction. Got my shot, needed my documentation for my doctor. Was told I could access it online, didn’t work had to return only for them to talk through their gate and say you have to wait until we open again. For my paperwork/receipt??? It takes 2 seconds to print! Recap: So I waited 30 min to get my shot then was told I could get my shot receipt/ proof of vaccination online , had to return to the store to be told you need to wait again…. For a paper receipt basically….So rude , they were just sitting there!!! Unbelievable how rude and unprofessional they were. Both men…. Lack of care, grumpy, bare minimum efforts for customers in my opinion, I won

Your automated phone service is terrible. Get a line where we can speak to a human. The humans there are awesome, but it's impossible to reach them by phone.

Picked up a prescription. The folks working in the pharmacy were super helpful.

Very unprofessional rude never have medicine always run out of my medications never tells me had to go a day without my heart medication they did even care for human life
