CVS Pharmacy

HORRIBLE!!!! I had my migraine prescription transferred here from the one in Cheviot because of the long wait being out of stock. I get a recorded call from this one telling me my medication needs prior approval. So I called and left a voicemail to get called back by a Spanish girl. She identified me as Sir and said first of all. I began to tell her the medical should not need approval because I paid nothing prior and I would not use my RX and pay out of pocket, she than said that she would not take my tone although I didn’t have a tone at that moment and she hung up on me. I called back and she answered and continued to speak over me, stating when I left my voicemail I had a nasty tone in my voice which I did not and I told her that I had one now and she stated she would not fill my presc

Great service. Nice people in the pharmacy. My doctor called in my prescription and it was almost ready when I arrived. I waited maybe 10 minutes.

A dr called in a prescription for amoxicillin. I called cvs before walking up they and confirm the fill. They did not tell me over the phone Medicaid would not cover my amoxicillin I walked all the way to and had to pay $16. If I would have known this I would have had it filled somewhere it was free I have Medicaid. I asked if they bad a list of free antibiotics. No help the pharmacy cashier rushed me with a condescending attitude. It was 5:45 on a Sunday all other pharmacies close at 6. I would have traveled to another pharmacy that was more helpful. If I would have known, they were gonna charge me for amoxicillin when I have Medicaid. I called and confirmed over the phone before I walked all the way up.

Only issue is drive thru they only have one lane but sometimes it moves fast!!!
