CVS Pharmacy

I love this CVS location! Every one of the pharmacy staff is extremely kind, professional, and caring. I spoke with Shanta today, and she was happy to help with some insurance issues I had. Though this is definitely not the first time I have interacted with the staff at this CVS pharmacy location, I truly felt like my experience today had topped all experiences I have had at any other pharmacy. The staff here are superstars! Thank you for all you do.

I went to CVS on military Highway in Chesapeake to pick up my prescription on January 2, 2026. I just had my prescriptions transferred from Florida Cvs to this CVS since It’s closest to where I live now. I Left the store after picking it up and when I got home, I noticed my bottle was kind of light. When I opened it and counted my pills there was only 31 tablets and it was supposed to be a quantity of 90. I immediately called the store back and spoke to the pharmacist John who stated he will give me a call the following morning because they were getting ready to close and he would have to look at the cameras to see what was the dispensing count. After not hearing from him the next morning, I called the store and had to leave a message. John returned my call and stated because I used a coup

All of the pharmacy staff are always so prompt and courteous. Prescriptions are always ready when promised.

I appreciate the care and concern the pharmacist showed! He took the time to call me back and had my medication ready before they closed

The service is very poor at this store. Some of the pharmacy personnel will ignore you if you present in person - -it's like they don't want your to pick up your prescription and hope you go away. There's only one pharmacist who seems to be caring and professional. The same goes for the front of the store - - it's mostly the female associates who try to avoid ringing up a customer and seem to want them to go to the self--checkout. There is a young man who is very nice and professional as is the store manager, otherwise, most of the associates seem to prefer to "gold-brick" stocking shelves.
