CVS Pharmacy

Needed to update my insurance information. Pharmacy noticed I had another script that was ready to be refilled and asked me if I would like to have it refilled too. It was so nice for them to notice, especially with the pending storm and it saved me a trip out. The cashier at the pharmacy window tonight was very rude and unprofessional. She made me feel as though I was disturbing her. She talked to me as if she were talking to a child or someone who was beneath her, and her attitude was the worst I have ever experienced with any employee that works at this location. There were two cars before me and she handled their transactions hand to hand but made me use the drawer and basket of the drive-thru for mine. After the transaction was completed, she slammed the drawer and window shut as if I had done something to anger her. I do plan on speaking with a manager in the morning to file a complaint.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Canton, MA pharmacy. At 7:13 PM, a critically needed prescription was sent to this location. I was informed it had been received and would be filled shortly. I arrived at the pharmacy at 8:00 PM to pick it up, only to be asked whether I needed the medication that night. I made it clear that I did—it was not optional or deferrable. Despite this, I was told it would be another 30 minutes before it could be ready. I waited patiently. After two hours, I had still not received the prescription and my requests for assistance went unanswered. Eventually, the pharmacy closed without ever filling it. The Pharmacy Staff from Pharmacist to assistant's are so RUDE I have Never seen anything like it in my Life! My Son is a pharmacist, and I always told him to be kind and respect the customers and do his best to help them out!! These people at this CVS all of them looked like there was someone there with a stick in the Corner forcing them to work!! To turn around and tell a customer they don't want to deal with them is the rudest thing I ever heard!! People with that attitude should NOT be working with the public if they have No Manners or Know how to respect customers! They should go work bagging at a supermarket or stocking items or cleaning where they don't deal with customers! In this day and age, it's Pathetic to see people have that attitude. CVS is The Worse pharmacy system! They blocked customers from communication with them. You should come personally if you have a question! Old fashioned service
