CVS Pharmacy

Stacy is absolutely fabulous! I switched to this CVS location after years of going to another one because the service is so top tier. My prescriptions are always filled promptly, the staff is always professional and friendly and STACY is the best pharmacist I’ve encountered ever. Her knowledge, courtesy, and kindness speaks for itself! I’ll continue to go to this location, best CVS experience by far.

I apologize, but the CVS Pharmacy in Brooksville, Florida is the slowest pharmacy I have experienced in my 59 years. Their computer system doesn't make any sense. I picked up 8 prescriptions today. They had to go to 8 different places to find them. For goodness sake, most pharmacy place prescriptions alphabetically. You show up, they go to your name - 8 prescriptions. I waited so very long to pick up my prescriptions at the window. There was only one car in front of me. I even drove around and entered the store and no one even lifted their head to help me I drove back and my wait time was over 30 minutes. They at least got rid of the rude oriental woman after I complained that she wouldn't speak to me and hung up on me numerous times. They need some kind of miracle or I don't see them sta
