CVS Pharmacy

The great pharmacists and staff at the local CVS pharmacy in Tiburon and Mill Valley take good care of my father's needs. Medications are always filled quickly and on time. And the staff is on point with their service!

The pharmacist, who had an intern and an assistant present, just refused to fill a very basic antibiotic prescription because he was “doing inventory.” Nothing like a pharmacist telling sick people he doesn’t care about them! Writing this from a different pharmacy that will have the Rx filled within 20 minutes.

Was traveling and had a prescription filled on paper by DO in Houston. My name was entered incorrectly in the computer and during check out with their staff, I told them I can’t use this. Since they were closing the front desk wrote it paper and had it signed on paper by the DO on a prescription paper pad. Came back home after work on a flight and had my partner go have this filled for me since I fell really sick and apparently she tells me the story about the pharmacist saying they can’t fill a basic antibiotic prescription because they’re “doing inventory” and apparently haven’t received a paper prescription in a while. Thanks for the help got it filled by another pharmacy who put antibiotics in a box and gave it to us. Good stuff. Also funny to hear the word inventory. How many pills h

The people working at The pharmacy at Tiburon CVS are wonderful. Bu I can’t say that about several staff in the staff in other dept of this store

Bad Experience with Pharmacist -Roman at CVS Tiburon I found him to be very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful Both my wife on the phone asking for drug dosage and me in person with his thick Russian accent he needs counseling on US customer service
