CVS Pharmacy

I had a great experience at this pharmacy! The store was clean and neatly stocked with items I needed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and quickly prepared my son’s medication. I was able to speak with the head pharmacist right away, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She was not only kind, but clearly very educated and insightful. It’s refreshing to meet a pharmacist who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond. I wish there were more pharmacists like her. Highly recommend!

CVS had managed to reach new lows of customer service, requiring customers to type in the name and select birthdate of a patient to pick up a Rx - but a) typing on a touch screen is horrible to start and B) they test with an exact match. On the positive, CVS wants everyone to know how bad their service is, as I gave their cx survey a 0 rating, and they asked if I would like to leave this Google review.....

I despise the self-check in. It’s a waste of customers time…the touch screens don’t register input properly. Plus they don’t have prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. I had to go 2 days without medication because they dragged their butts in refilling a prescription that I requested be refilled 3 days before I’d run out.

Had a good experience until the a Pharmacy women in the back, spoke to me rudely for asking a simple question for some help in a cut my friend had and what product would work best.

Barbara, the head pharmacist is hard working and has NEVER been snarky to me. Don't know why they seem not to have more pharmacists. This store was great, lost it's good manager, now is getting its act back together. I've never had a misfilled prescription in many years.
