CVS Pharmacy

I LOVE the staff at this location! My husbands Dr. failed to update in the rx system his adjusted dosage and my husband ran out on a weekend. It took just a phone call tot he pharmacist and it was taken care of until I could get in touch with our care provider on Monday. I can't say enough about them.

Claim they don't take my insurance which is a lie so i had to go elsewhere to get my meds. They have been horrible. They fill my husbands but not mine and we have same insurance.

I spoke with Danielle the General Manager about a couple items I was looking for and she was is very polite, professional and helpful assisting me to locate the items I need for a order.

This is my third visit to CVS. I am very happy I switched my prescriptions here. When I enter the store, I am greeted by the person at the front counter. The pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always pleasant, kind, helpful and very efficient at what they do! I had a few questions this visit about transferring a prescription. The pharmacist was very helpful. I will continue to tell people about the warm and welcoming atmosphere I have found to be the status quo at CVS. Thank you!

The young associate working register was very kind but my complaint is he would not sell me Tylenol PM because I did not have my ID with me and I am a Senior citizen. This was after the Pharmacist refusing to fill my prescriptions because they were getting ready to close after them putting my prescriptions back after I just received a text stating they'd hold for 5 more days. Its inconvenient for me to drive there do to my working hours so I rushed after work to get them. I still have not got them. Seriously probably going to switch pharmacies.
