CVS Pharmacy

I had a wonderful experience at CVS Pharmacy in Aventura! I came in for both my COVID and flu vaccines, and the whole process was incredibly fast and absolutely painless. The staff was outstanding — very friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made me feel comfortable and cared for from the moment I arrived. I truly appreciate their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this CVS location!

The CVS store at Aventura is always clean, we'll stocked and inviting. The team at the Pharmacy today, except the head pharmacist, are unprofessional. There was no one at the cash registers when I visited. The Supervisor GIGI was cleaning the shelves nearby. She was very impatient and rude when I asked for help at the self checkout machine. Regratefully ,at this point, things, or employees definitely need changing at the CVS of Aventura.

Today the drive thru service started off badly with a customer who it appeared to use the drive thru as not only a drop off of prescription but wait for it to be filled. We waited over ten minutes for this charade to been completed. The pharmacist then. Loses the window as our turn approached and continued to make us wait. I thought in general a person attended that window………well it took at least five minutes for pharmacist to retrieve an order that was ready for pick up………and it took almost as long for her to punch in and cash out the receipt. That wasn’t service that was torture.

Horrible service. It shouldn’t be an ordeal to pick up prescriptions. They constantly argue and tell you that insurance doesn’t cover something and make you call the insurance only to realize they made a mistake. And they will not follow up on prescriptions that are out of stock. They say “maybe it will arrive today”. Useless. And on top of all that, nasty attitudes

Received a last-minute flu shot here from Isabelle! Could not have gotten any better and she was very lovely!
