CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacy appears to be understaffed and overwhelmed. I visited today to get a refill of a veterinary prescription that required three separate trips and several phone calls to get the first time around, and again found the staff non-responsive and struggling to assist. I suggest that management review the performance of the pharmacy team and provide more help and/or better leadership. We transferred a few of our scripts from Rite Aid and are now actively transferring them elsewhere.

The CVS Pharmacy in Audubon, PA is very convenient location for us. My wife, Farzana is their regular cutomer. Its pharmacy staff is highly professional, friendly and knowledgable. It is always a great experience to visit this neighborhood Pharmacy.

This guy Collin in the pharmacy front desk should be fired or at least gets written up by management. He was throwing medication to me on the counter and totally disrespectful to me and to the customers after me. Please, CVS managers, he is a bad news!

I love coming to this CVS. Today I made quite a mess at the self checkout (so much so that I needed the self checkout machine restarted). Associate Emily helped me, and she had so much patience and kindness, even as I held up the line. She had to escalate the issue to store manager Julia, who showed me the same kindness and patience. I had $20 worth of coupons I wanted to use. Shoutout to Emily and Julia who checked me out and helped me while I was at the store. They deserve raises!! The pharmacy folks are equally as wonderful. I routinely pick up my meds from them in person and drive thru and they are kind, quick and efficient. I take a lot of these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Got to the pharmacy just as it was closing. My prescriptions weren't ready, but I was desperate for for relief from the pain I was in. So, just after they were supposed to close the pharmacist came over and heard my situation. She didn't hesitate to tell me that she would fill my prescriptions even though the pharmacy was technically closed. The staff was great! Experiences like this will keep me coming to cvs for a long time!
