CVS Pharmacy

Store manager Robert Tucker was so kind and diligent on our photo order. There seemed to be a glitch on the website when we tried to pay, and Robert went above and beyond to resolve our issue. Highly recommend this CVS location!

This review is about the two Women who work at the front register and not the pharmacy . The pharmacy staff is great. We've recently moved to Texas and we love our neighbors and have made lots of friends and are so impressed with the level of " service" no matter where we go. From restaurants, to home depot , ups, etc.. they all are so friendly, polite and helpful . In the past year these two women in CVS have been THE ONLY rude people we have come across. They need to work behind the scenes where they have no contact with the public. The two women at the front register do not wear name tags ( hence I have to describe them ) are rude, and argumentative. They are both African American, one tall and large and about 5,8 the other medium size and about 30ish . They point you towards the self

This pharmacy is OK, but god help you if you are trying to use the drive through. They allow you to talk to a pharmacist in the drive through lanes and there is only one lane for pickups. So, if someone is ahead of you and decides to have an hour long discussion with the pharmacist you are stuck. A good rule of thumb is that each car will take 15mins in line, so if there are two cars ahead of you it is way better to just go inside.

While recovering from Covid, both of my ears became painfully infected. My doctor called CVS for an antibiotic for me. My prescription was ready for me to pick up within 15 minutes. I love the convenience of the text messages that let me know when my prescription is ready, too.

I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff are very competent, caring, and provide a high level of customer service. It frequently takes a while to pick up prescriptions and they probably need more help, but their attitude is fantastic and you see them working their tails off the whole time. Highly recommended.
