CVS Pharmacy

I been coming to cvs for a couple of years l been having issues with pharmacy workers just rude with attitudes but can't go somewhere else cause its close to my house & I like some of them there but next time im getting names so I could do another review maybe management can speak to them for when I go at least to greet & better attitude thx just being honest 💯

Went looking for a specific item that I had to ask for at pharmacy and was told by a heavyweight male behind the pharmacy counter (no name tag) that those items are for customers only?? I thought that's what I was? So as I looked around the aisles for maybe finding something else that would work, I overheard that same man tell the coworker that was with him that we only have those for certain people and made a gesture as if I wasn't "one of those people " as in "not that guy" really! So I left the store, went down the road to the Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy and wouldn't you know I was treated like a customer and respectful, got the items I needed and at a better price I'm sure, with no fuss or being treated like I wasn't a customer or a certain type of person. I definitely won't be going

They helped me with all the questions I had about the medications my daughter needed to take, and they even went and got the over-the-counter medications for me. They were very kind and efficient.

Very rude over weight pharmacist I will not return to cvs very expensive I wanted to return my prescription I did not leave the parking lot or open my package I read the side effects and decided it was not what I needed he was very rude and did not accept the return or give me a refund I am very upset

I have come to this pharmacy for years. I love it so much, that even after I moved across town, I'm willing to drive the extra miles. Randall has helped me so much, he's gone above and beyond, he's corrected errors with my meds, addressed problems with my insurance, and has even helped me find coupons, so that I could get expensive medications I needed. James is friendly and has also been very helpful, and he's familiar with my medication needs. Dominic and Jimena address me by name and take the time to talk to me and Find out how I'm REALLY doing, not just passing the time. There is a pharmacy that's walking distance from where I live now, but I wouldn't trade them, or this pharmacy for the world.
