CVS Pharmacy

Tried to call to see if my RX was ready, the Automation system did not recognize my phone number. Only number I've ever had. Had to drive to CVS to ask if my RX was ready (15 minute drive). It was not there. Wasted trip and I had to deal with a RUDE blonde woman in the Pharmacy. Went yesterday to get my RX, used the Kiosk to sign in... it didn't recognize me! Been going to this CVS for 20+ years! Again, RUDE blonde woman had to help me and she was nasty and curt! A friend of mine asked if the person I was telling her about was a blonde lady about our age and I said yes... she said she is ALWAYS rude. We are white and the rude lady is white, so it isn't a race thing. She needs to work where people are not! She has Zero people skills!

The staff at this CVS was very helpful and professional. They assisted my husband with his prescriptions and let him know of a possible conflict with a vaccine he was going to take. Great job!

Everything was excellent. The staff was awesome. They helped me with my coupons and extra bucks. It was a pleasure to be cared for. Thank you CVS❤️😘

Clean bathroom, well staffed pharmacy department with no waiting required. Explained one of the medicines I picked up for my wife
