I have tried multiple ways transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy since I moved. My most recent attempt was to talk to a pharmacist. I couldn't reach a human, finally it just hung up on me. Don't get trapped in the CVS system!
CVS on Palmdale Rd have the nicest and most helpful staff, very helpful, answer any questions you may have and they always have the answers to any problems you may have. The best and extremely nice staff.
CVS Adelanto location is always welcoming and friendly. The staff are always willing to assist and gies the extra mile to assure exceptional customer service. Highly recommended location.
Some working in the pharmacy are incredibly rude, one chuckled when I explained the seriousness of my daughters condition when I tried to explain I need her medication or I’ll raise hell (this is after several months of always cancelling it when ordered) I went to Walgreens instantly nicer and better
Went there for my Covvid booster and flu shot. I suggest to not get them both at the same time. Made me go through most of the side effects compared to the year before when I had them done separately.
