Every time I visit this location, it is a pleasure. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and I can't say enough how much this improves the customer experience. CVS generally has a great product selection and decent weekly sales but I can go to lots of places that meet that same criteria. The service here (plus the exceptionally tidy way they keep the store) really does set them apart from both competitors and other CVS locations. I wish I had obtained the names of the gentlemen who assisted me in the store this evening because they were both doing such an excellent job. Thanks, y'all!

Never a good experience with the pharmacy staff. They are often rude and unprofessional. My latest experience was a refusal to fill my prescription before closing time with 40 minutes left until close. A pharmacy 1 block from a hospital should have better hours and more professional staff like its neighboring stores. Corporate has dropped the ball letting the pharmacy operate under current management this long.

CVS at Cove Blvd Panama City is an excellent solution and location for ability to deposit cash and coins into your Capital One Bank account. I was taken care of with excellent customer care and helped by the Store Manager, who also assisted my transfer of $20 in quarters, and then another $20. I am happy they were able to help and I'd gladly go here again. Coinstar machines in Publix and other locations take 11 - 12% + fees of your deposit when depositing coins. On $40, that is $4+. I prefer managing my bank cash and coin transfers at CVS as I have no other option with no Capital One Banks in Panama City. Thank you Panama City CVS on Cove Blvd!

Hunter provided exceptional service. I arrived less than 10 minutes before closing in urgent need of a print order I had placed earlier that hour for a deadline the next morning. Although he was preparing to close, he went above and beyond by turning the printer back on and completing my order. He was courteous, professional, and made sure I reviewed the prints to confirm everything looked correct. Thanks to Hunter, I was able to meet my deadline.

Tonight, Robyn the store manager went above and beyond to make my visit and transaction a success! She was adamant about exhausting every option to ensure that my visit to CVS tonight was a success! To be completely honest, every visit I make to this particular CVS and she's working, I'm always met with kindness, professionalism, courtesy, and most of a smile!
