Customer Reviews
My Henry Ford physician sent an electronic prescription for a Schedule II controlled medication to this CVS location. When I arrived to have it filled, the staff informed me that because I did not have my insurance immediately available, my prescription had been deleted/removed from their system and was told not all patients have money to fill there script without insurance. Its my provocative whether or not i pay with or without insurance. I was not called nor notified of my insurance not being updated. Not having insurance information on hand is not a legal or clinical reason to delete a Schedule II prescription record, nor is it grounds to refuse filling a valid prescription or prevent me from filling it elsewhere. Pharmacies are required to maintain Schedule II records and, if refusin
Ran like crap. The guy who runs it at night closes the self checkout register 2 hours early then walks away from the registers and leaves you standing there like you aren’t in the store. He also is very rude if you come in late. Love coming up here to walk out with nothing I had in my hands because the register was closed and there was no one in site and I was right up in the front when he decided to close the self checkout and then walk all the way into the back, again like I was non existent. Will never be back to this cvs. Learn how to run the store.
This CVS staff members were kind considerate and helpful. I was talking to a pharmacy assistant and she wasn't quite getting what I needed. Immediately the pharmacist came over and asked if she could help me. Not only did she help me she may recommendations that were useful. I had a procedure and had my prescription sent over to a different CVS Pharmacy and asked if they could be transferred (there so I can go straight home rather than adding to my drive time). A couple of my prescriptions were over the counter, she sent me to the aisle to find them. While I was there I was having trouble immediately a couple of other staff members came over and asked if I needed help and I did. We found products similar but nothing that the doctor had ordered. After I went back to the pharmacy counter wit
I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with this pharmacy. I called to fill my prescription early due to an upcoming trip, something I’ve done without issue at other locations. The pharmacist not only refused to assist, but was dismissive and rude, saying, “I’m not calling your insurance,” with no effort to explain my options or offer solutions. For context: pharmacies are supposed to contact insurance for early refill or vacation overrides—it’s part of their job. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero help. I was just trying to be proactive about my health before traveling, and was made to feel like an inconvenience. If you’re looking for a pharmacy that actually supports patients and understands how to handle insurance processes properly, I recommend going else
Pharmacy staff are always so pleasant. Only negative is the self check out, I have no issue using it but there are times you may need assistance. Wish you had a bell at the front registers just in case, have to call out for help. Today I needed help w purchasing a gift card, the gentleman name starts w "S" seemed annoyed I had to have him help me and another customer. He needs some customer service training. No matter if having a bad day, should always be kind. I tried to make him laugh or smile and he shoved the receipt quickly in my bag, fastly said have a nice day and walked away.
