CVS

I would NEVER use this pharmacy if I didnt have to. You LITERALLY cannot talk to a person by calling anymore. I now have to physically drive to the store while sick just to CHECK on the status of my perscription because their damn AI chatbot is all you can talk to and COMPLETELY lacks up to date information.

I am so blown away. Every CVS I ever been too has always except the E-Card for the CVS Distilled water. And the cashier (will just call her by first initial) Cashier S. Tells me that they don’t accept the E-card for the purchase of CVS Distilled Water. That clearly have me looking at her at this particular CVS side bombastic side eye with the eyebrow arch. What’s up with that East Maple St. CVS in New Lenox??? Also finally experienced stale customer service. I hope CVS correct this and that customer service will be better should I ever shop there again.

I went to 2 different locations and the background of the passport pics prints blue-ish even though a white screen was used. We ran all over and kept getting rejected by passport services so I went to Walgreens and the passport pic was perfect. Everyone at CVS was pleasant, but don't use them for passport pics.

I started coming to this CVS pharmacy about a year ago and I have received nothing but kindness as well as some of THE BEST customer service ever! Especially from one of the pharmacy technicians, Megan (I hope I’m spelling that right). Every month I come in and she always greets me with a smile and is so very helpful if I have any questions or concerns. She truly goes above and beyond! She is the reason I keep coming back to this CVS pharmacy!

Thank you to the patient pharmacist tonight in the drive through. As luck would have it I needed a prescription my first week at my new job and didn't have my ID card yet. She went above and beyond to find my account and get me checked out. She was friendly the entire time. This was my first time at CVS and Ill definitely be back.
