CVS

While visiting my daughter and son-in-law’s over Christmas I got a toothache. Went to the local CVS and wondered around for just a second before a gentleman who worked there helped me locate what I needed. The woman cashier was very pleasant and friendly and she let me know I had extra bucks I could use, Very pleasant and easy. AND it just so happened what I needed was on sale.

I literally never write reviews but this place is horrid. I went through the drive thru pharmacy and the pharmacist asked for my payment before telling me a total. When I asked my total so I knew which card to give him he walked away and groaned loud enough to be heard across the room and out to my car. The other employees laughed at his annoyance and audible moaning and groaning. God forbid he has to do his job. Turns out there was no charge so maybe verify before trying to take people’s money. 0/10 service. Needless to say I’ve transferred my prescriptions to another location.

This place is horrible!!!!! The guy at the drive thru window was terrible- he was on his phone- ignored me - I asked to have my prescriptions transferred to his store- he starts rambling that I need to wait on the insurance company- then I say all active prescription, he acts confused- I can tell he didn’t want to help me- I said never mind and left- I don’t want someone like him or anyone else to handle medications that keep me alive. He’s a walking lawsuit waiting to happen.

Pharmacist give conflicting information about when necessary medication will be ready. Stating med will be transferred to multiple locations and still not there

Can not reach a Pharmacist. Automated answering service is terrible. Will not let you know when prescription will be ready. I’ll go back to Walgreens!
