Store isn't bad. Never had a problem with the staff besides being told my prescription would be expedited 3 different times but I finally got it at least. 🤷‍♀️ My only complaint was from a review posted yesterday. Victoria King had left a review saying the windows were disgusting. I think she only left a 5 star review because she was able ro shoplift plenty of items since staff typically isn't up front at the registers as they're supposed to. It was also incredible she had the audacity to say the windows were disgusting while she left her thick haired Husky - you know, an artic dog - tied to her power scooter outside in 105 degree Fahrenheit heat index. I thought that was comical. I would give more stars but I dont shoplift and abuse animals. Other than that. Never had an issue with CV

The most unhelpful and rude staff I've ever ran into. Wouldn't take a written prescription. Made me call my doctor so he would phone it in electronically and then still wouldn't fill it because my insurance wouldn't cover it even though they told me the day before that I could pay cash (pharmacists discretion, and since he never spoke with me, then it was based on my looks) Every single person I talked to in the pharmacy was rude and condescending. Take your business elsewhere. Let's be very clear. I was denied my prescription based on my looks. The pharmacist never spoke to me. Honestly I think I'm going to talk to a lawyer. This was straight up discrimination.

What a freaking joke. No one is ever up front. Just tried to buy cough medicine.. had to use the self checkout since no one is up front. Can’t buy the medicine since it has to be verified I’m over 18. Tells me to please wait. I can hear employees palm pilot thing going off and they are straight up ignoring it. I wait 10 minutes.. then I see a employee.. try to ask for help.. I am ignored and they move the fastest I have seen any of them ever move in to store to get away. Gawd forbid we have people actually work at a store.

I have tried to put up with this pharmacy for years, but after today I'm finally done. I'm going to start driving 20 miles to the next nearest town to avoid going to this pharmacy. The people behind the cashier's desk are unable to perform their job properly. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training or what is going on there. They don't know how their own photo center works, they don't know how to run the technology of the self-checkouts, and whenever I have questions their answer is "I don't know." I'm lucky to even get to talk to them because they would rather tell stories to the other people nearby while I stand patiently in line until I run out of time and have to leave. Had medication getting refilled here for months now all of a sudden the pharmacist said no refills, my dr Said she cant cancel refills so it had to be someone at cvs? It's not my insurance and the refills didn't expire so someone explain where my medicine went that I never got? My dr. Said it wasn't her? I'm confused is someone taking my meds? And they staff is rude as hell
