We switched to friendly customer forward Walgreens now that our new insurance prefers Walgreens. CVS is the most unfriendly experience we have ever encountered and especially this location.A week after our home burned to the ground I requested a script for 2mg Valium so my senior husband and I could sleep through ONE night .Have not taken a med in years and asked for just 10 pills. When the unfriendly cashier retrieved the med from a shelf she made a joke to her older coworker about it out loud .They laughed.Amorak behaviour.The culture of workers in this pharma

I had surgery and based on the nurse's recommendation sent my script for my post surgery pain meds here. My surgery ran longer than expected and was not released until after 6. When I arrived I was informed they did bot have the meds in stock. That was frustrating but that's not why I never will return. I was in some pain and had slowly made my way all the way to the back of the store. What's your name someone shouted at me. I gave my name. We don't have that script, we already called your doctor. I understand things are not in stock. But here I am pain meds from the surgery are wearing off and this person doesn't even have the decency to come to the counter to talk to me. I was just shouted at like I was a nuisance. Well, you got your wish, I will never come back.

Don't use this CVS!! I am in a wheelchair so I pick up my online orders by drive thru. The woman at this drive thru was rude, discourtesy, and all but said that next time I could pick up inside the store, wheelchair or no!!! I have never had this problem at any other CVS

Literally sat in line for almost 30 minutes because it takes them so long for some reason to fill this medication and give it to people cars in front of me got their medication. I get up there and suddenly they’re closed. Don’t even bother to finish up with the people that are in line. They literally close in our face is right at 1:30 so they can go to lunch. Why do they all go at 1:30? Why can’t they have staggered lunches? It’s a bunch of crap and I’m sick of it. The fact that I had to wait that long and then get up there and they shut the door on me.

Great customer service . I love the coupons and sales . I get a lot of bargains there. They got a chime atm which I find very useful. The store is always clean and well stock and very nice efficient customer service. I have no dealing with the pharmacy part
