And just like that I tried again, and Megan Dennis was at the window being rude as ever at 814am, 14 mins after I sat there waiting for them to open at 8am. And I'm the one treated poorly. Then the script was supposed to be ready and nope she just tells me it'll be ready later today sometime. For a non narcotic prescription, ready "later today sometime". This place is very frustrating. Store employees are very helpful and nice. But the pharmacy techs are on a whole other level of rude and condescending. There is one nice pharmacist. She will try to help you. The snobby techs make me feel like I'm doing something wrong just by asking for my prescription. They treat people like dirt! Think I'll try Kroger's after dealing with this for the last year.

To Whom It May Concern, Subject: Incident at Your Store Today I visited your store today to purchase over-the-counter cold medicine. While I was waiting to be checked out, an older lady behind the counter inquired if I was sick. She then mentioned that I was going to make her clean her work station. Furthermore, she suggested that I should have used the drive-thru, despite my understanding that your pharmacy handles shopping for customers. To add to this, she stated that she had just undergone open-heart surgery and couldn’t catch anything. I’m forget the young ladies name but there’s a young girl who works in the pharmacy who has blue hair. She has to be one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She remembers me by name and always asks me how I’m doing and makes it feel like I’m more than just a patient to her and the pharmacy. She’s always working hard and has a smile on her face. Definitely a one of a kind. Such a beautiful girl inside and out and I really hope she stays at this pharmacy. It’s makes my day to see her and see her so happy to see me. I just had to get on here to brag on this young lady she definitely deserves it!!

I started using this CVS location when Hikes Lane closed. I followed the Pharmacist Zack to this location. He is great to work with, and I appreciate his customer service. I was even more amazed by the staff at this location. The people here are amazing. This is the best CVS in Louisville. Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of me. I appreciate you!

Kim Do, Megan Dennis, and Zach Martin are perhaps the best pharmacist. They make sure all my prescriptions are correct and that nothing conflicts and if they do, they let me know. This technician team is among the best iteration of this team that I've seen in years
