CVS

This is a location I frequent not only because of convenience, but especially because of the people that work here. They are kind and they actually treat me like a valued customer. I wish they had my prescribed medication in stock at this location, because I would love to be able to pick that up here, too.

I purchased an item from CVS on FM 407 in Lewisville Tx with cash and got a phone call the person telling me that we no longer needed the item before I even left the store. I asked for a refund and the cashier would only refund me a store credit. I asked for a cash refund the cashier explained that the system would not give him that option. I then started reading the cashier the CVS return policy then the cashier said that the store manager does not allow any cash refunds.

I would give this a negative star if I could. Their staff are rude, take forever to help, their phone system doesn’t work, and is inefficient and infurating. I have used this CVS since 2017 and have had an issue filling prescriptions, having them fill old prescriptions, and not returning calls, and any time I use LITERALLY any other pharmacy I have no issues. Avoid this CVS at all costs.

Manager helped me with my extra care card. Turns out I had so many coupons I didn't know about. Left a satisfied customer. Had Orange Juice in stock which is a must have.

The customer service at CVS on 407 & Garden Ridge in Lewisville is better than all other pharmacies I’ve been to.
