When the app told me my prescription was ready, I jumped in the car and headed to this location only to have the pharmacists tell me to come back in about 30 minutes. Upon my return, I was then told my medication would be ready instead, in approximately two and a half weeks. Wasted an hour of my time and $. On another return visit, two store associates tried but were unable to sign me up for the CVS loyalty program. After paying full price for that day's transaction, once I got to the parking lot I was able to sign up for the CVS loyalty program with ease on my own on the CVS app.

Today was the best interaction I've had thus far at the best CVS I've ever filled at. Top-notch team: professional, warm, and non-stigmatizing. This is how it's done. You treat EVERYONE, no matter what they look like or what their prescription is for, with dignity and professionalism. Great job!

I tried the self check out but the prices were not coming up as posted on the shelf. The gentleman behind the counter told me he would be right with me and he did. I didn't have a rewards card was the problem. While he was setting up my rewards account a line started forming and he called for his co-worker right away so the other customers wouldn't have to wait. I was really impressed with both of the gentleman running the registers so efficiently and with a positive attitude and big smiles. Thank you:)

I placed a refill for my birth control and the pharmacist refused to refill it and give it to me even tho i got approval for a refill over the phone. he was very rude to me and when i asked if i could just pay in cash he ignored me and told me i have to wait 10 days to get my refill when i tried asking why he just kept saying “there’s no way your out” and i kept telling him im out and i need it. this has never happened before whenever i call for a refill they accept it and give it to me no rude comments or anything.

Would rate lower if I can. The pharmacist refuses to accept GoodRX here, forcing the consumers to pay more out of pocket. Of all the pharmacies around here, this is by far the worst. I have had at least 4 different times where they don’t have medications in stock, they take at least an hour to pick up the phone, and they won’t work with you to help you out. I promise you - any other CVS around here is better than they are. Avoid at all costs.
