CVS headquarter CAREMARK Specialty CC

I was recently in a CVS store and used the ladies restroom and I was shocked to realize that a multi-million dollar company and the best they can offer their customers is one- ply toilet paper. Please CVS you can do better than that.

I rarely have anything negative to say but. We are forced to use them because of our health insurance. Please do yourself a favor and find another specialty pharmacy. Your life may depend on it.

I haven't gotten my medication on time once. They call and hang up. Their website is always down. Hold times are ridiculous, and then they hang up. Next time I have to call, I think I'll save some time and drive up there, myself.

CVS Specilaty pharmacy has been a nightmare with my recent medicine order. They calles me 7 times today. Every time they call there is new info or errors processing my order. In addition when I ask for the priice of the medicine they don't know and they tell me there was an error frim previous representative. This service is a mess how they treat people. They say they just need the copayment, and when they call they dinn't disclose uf the insurance paid for it or not.

Michelle V is in need of supervisor help and coaching. Her customer service is not good at all. Especially when patients are already in a hard position needing their meds.
