CVS

Last night I stopped in to CVS on First St in Gilroy, for a flu shot. They, like most pharmacies, are advertising " walk in" vaccinations. It was 2 hours prior to their pharmacy & store closing. No customers were in the pharmacy so I went to the counter. 4-5 employees were clustered behind the glass partition talking, so I waited at the vaccination window. One of them asked what I needed, and immediately looked doubtful when I asked if I could please get a flu shot. She said she didnt think so, then called out to one of the others who had her back to me.The second woman responded, without ever turning around to me, that she had way too much to do and no, she could not give me a shot. The first woman told me to come back the next day before 6 pm. I didn't bother to point out that their w

Cashier miguel gave excellent service, and very helpful. We need more cashiers like him

They have a bathroom key policy that requires an employee to escort someone there. No problem with the rule but the manager was quite rude about it when my 4 yr. old granddaughter needed to use their facilities. I have to pick up prescriptions here but I won't buy anything else. If you're a manager you really should be good with people. Just saying.

Cvs is literally the best, the store is always clean and the staff super friendly. The pharmacy staff are always so nice and welcoming. The pharmacy are great people. Super friendly and if you ever have problems with your insurance they will find ways to get your medicine that you need covered.

That's a no service location with unfriendly personal in the pharmacy. Did had a appointment for an vaccination. However when arriving I was told "we are out" no sorry no excuse no option no nothing. So wasted one hour driving and wait time for nothing. Personal was unfriendly in addition not provided any help or asked even sorry. Never again sich incompetent location. Stay away if you value time and actually want to get dome something.
