The pharmacist Leland, went above and beyond to help me, even called around and insured my prescription was filled. Ten stars for that guy . . Can't miss him, super kind hottie with the Red hair ladies, not the red flags!

I went to CVS exclusively for a calculator which are hard to find, but I was happy to see that there were quite a few in the back on the wall, but you couldn’t access them but they were being shown so now I’m wondering, can I purchase a calculator or do I have to wander around the store for 10 minutes trying to find someone that could answer my question no one’s around they’re behind the counter talking about their lives highly unprofessional at this cvs

This was my go to pharmacy for many of my medical needs. From prescription meds to over the counter items. However after what I dealt with today I won’t be returning. I called to ask some questions about one of my meds and was greeted with an automated system. Now don’t get me wrong they have their place in this world but not in the medical field where things still need a human touch. When I finally got through to someone I was yelled at and belittled for using an option that didn’t apply to me to bypass the system instead of them answering my question then they hung up on me. I’m sure cvs doesn’t care that one more person leaves because I am nothing to them but hopefully we all realize we have a choice in where we go.

The time of day to come to this store is 2:30! Store was empty, so therefore the checkout was fast!

I stopped going this cvs years ago because it became overrun with rude, arrogant employees, especially one tech and one pharmacist. Today the store I go to was out of stock so, fearing the worst, I had it transferred to the 4480 1st Avenue location. Suffice to say it is still full of rude and unhelpful people. The pharmacist I talked to said my prescription couldn't be filled until Thursday, which is not true - Wednesday is the fill date. So I have wasted my time this morning. Never again. Do not go to this location, ever. If I could give zero stars I would.
