CVS located in Erie Pennsylvania at the corner of West 38th & Sterrettania Rd Is a prime example of what leadership in management and transparency of a large corporation delivers, when each and every employee that I’ve interacted with at this particular CVS location along with the one on W. 26th St. in Erie, PA, Shows a customer care and concern with upmost patience and true loyalty to their job/career!! I recommend this location and on W. 26th St. as the best of the best! Thank you everyone at these locations and for the management that drives consistency!

The Erie, Pennsylvania (Millcreek area) CVS Store and Pharmacy located on West 38th & Sterrettania Rd (aka art. 832) has consistently shown extremely strong customer service satisfaction to me and highly focuses upon helping a customer, not any form of rudeness or pushiness in sales or timeframe within cashing out or finding items in the store. The management staff at this location is phenomenal along with the staffing of any employee that they present to a customer! I highly recommend anyone in our area of ERIE Pennsylvania to shop at this location. By far, they are excellent and outshine another one located at 1111 Peninsula Dr.

I've recently moved to the area and chose this location for my prescriptions, even though there are a couple closer to me. I really like this particular store. It has a wide variety of products and everyone from the front of the store to the pharmacy have been great.

I’ve been here a few times to pick up prescriptions yet they seem to never have my insurance on file and when I give them my insurance they say it’s invalid when it’s not. I don’t have issues with any other pharmacies or doctors offices locating my insurance but every time I’m here they can’t figure it out and it should be on file anyways so I’m not sure where my information is going and I can’t get my prescriptions. I’ve never had a pharmacy ask for my insurance over and over again. I just won’t be coming back to this location.

The people working the pharmacy are. The automated system when you call is TERRIBLE. Unnecessarily complicated and stressful. I’m switching pharmacies.
