⚠️ CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION ⚠️ RUN FROM THIS PHARMACY!!!! Had a very similar experience as you can read in the other reviews. CVS!!! You need to save yourself a liability and get rid of her. I believe her name is -Shirin Samar- Disrespected me and my husband. I came in since the drive thru is closed. To get my husband pain meds after dental surgery. Hes in pain bleeding trying to rest. I had to get ibuprofen and the hydro in order for her to let us have it. I simply asked "why" to the guy that was checking me out. So she then says no I won't give to you until I talk to the dentist I said whatever I'll just get them both she said "Nope you disrespected me." Not wanting conflict i said "You call the dentist ill sit over here." She said "I'll call when I want." Karma she accidentally calls my
Went to this CVS and waited in line for 20 minutes to be told my prescriptions were ready at the CVS down the road and they couldn’t transfer. I asked her to ensure they were ready before I went into Target with my two small children. She said they were. Waited in line at the CVS in target for 30 minutes to be told no prescriptions even exist for me and she couldn’t understand why I was sent. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Avoid. Most of the time they’re cool but today they really proved that 2 star reputation. Not only do they have no control over their own virtual assistant that you have to body slam your way through to talk to any human being, but they’ll also allow that Kelce brother at the window to imply that you don’t know how to read or follow instructions that were created by their virtual assistant. Shocker. An AI robot that doesn’t know what it’s doing and is not backed by its company’s employees. If your only response is that you’re sorry but you don’t know how your AI robot screwed up, then so be it. But don’t be condescending and act like the general public doesn’t know how to call in a refill using a touchpad.
For the last couple of years I have driven out of my way to come to this location because their pharmacy has always been amazing when it comes to customer service, filling both mine and my dogs prescriptions, quick refill times, etc. However my most recent visit was the complete opposite. The gentleman in the pharmacy that I dealt with (I didn’t catch his name because he was in a different shirt than the rest of the staff) was pretty rude. My dog was prescribed a new pain medication and due to it being a different class of drug I had to physically bring a written script to a pharmacy since the vet can’t fill it. As always I drove to this location and brought my paper script in to be filled. When I handed the gentleman the script he started looking at it/inspecting it very closely in a mann
I had a very unpleasant experience with pharmacist MaryBeth. She was extremely rude and makes you feel like an inconvenience for picking up your prescription. She would visibly seem annoyed when you had to look something up on your phone. While I was waiting for her assistance, she helped someone else at the same time with no acknowledgement or communication on how my prescription was going. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling very uncomfortable. I would not recommend dealing with her.
