CVS

This CVS in Clarksburg is the best pharmacy including the store is far the best around! All the employees are very friendly and very helpful. They treat their customers like family. Mike the manager is fantastic. All the employees are always there for our customers needs. Everyone goes on and above to us out. I don't know of any other pharmacy that can do that . I love CVS!

Very disappointed i am switching pharmacys many times i was told the prescription wasnt filled when it was im tired of having to go in talk to them then call and be told it was already sent when they say it wasnt. I just called today to ask a question and i know the pharmacy is already open its almost 2 pm and i have to leave a message and wait a hour for a response why do i have to wait for a hour when the pharmacy is already open? Since no one answers the phones i have to talk to a robot and say talk to someone 10 times with the robot hanging up on me because it doesnt understand what im asking. This is the first time ive been told to wait a hour for a response it wasnt like this before.

Why did they build this when there was already a Rite Aid, now Walgreens nearby, they tore down a lot of houses for no reason.

Poor pharmacy customer service. A perfectly good script may have a glitch that with a little help from a rep who is willing to offer assistance may be resolved quickly can instead turn into a major time consuming problem and delay in medication due to extremely poor customer service.

It's ok, I do not prefer CVS shopping. I prefer walgreens. The store is not the worst CVS I have been in. If I need to I go here, just because it's close. Everything is usually over priced, I just get what I need and go to self check out and get outta here as fast as possible.
