Great experience. Super nice staff very clean store and they really listened and helped me every way they could. Went a couple weeks ago To get a flu shot and my experience was so good I had my medications transferred from Walmart.
Terrible communication, the phone number doesn't even work for the pharmacy nor do the people in the pharmacy even pick up phone calls from the actual doctors prescribing medication. Extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate and shows that this CVS definitely needs some restaffing or management. Ridiculous for a pharmacy to not pick up phone calls and not have a working number.
I rarely ever leave reviews, but this experience at CVS Pharmacy deserves to be shared in full. My granddaughter was recently diagnosed with Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease — a painful condition that causes sores and ulcers inside the mouth, making it almost impossible for little ones to eat, drink, or sleep comfortably. Her doctor prescribed a “Magic Mouthwash” to help ease her pain and sent the prescription electronically to CVS. What happened after that was beyond frustrating and disheartening. A few hours after the doctor sent the prescription, my daughter went to pick it up only to be told that CVS hadn’t received it yet. She waited, hoping it would come through soon. Later that evening, around 6 p.m., my son-in-law returned to the pharmacy, and the pharmacist, Tony, informed him that
I stood in line at the pharmacy for 40 minutes and when I finally was able to pickup my medication, they didn’t even know where it was!! The head pharmacist tossed my prescription at me. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. It’s a shame that CVS is the only place I can have my specialized medication delivered to.
I called for my diabetes medicine, but the way IN DESPERATE NEED. I understand that they didn’t have the medication but I have called numerous of times and either got no call back or got a call and when everything was said and done I got hung up on immediately very rudely. I am very dissatisfied in the customer service, because it’s not my fault that I was passed down with diabetes and now I can’t even get the time to get help to receive my medication that is LITERALLT keeping me alive. Y’all need to do better. The rudeness was not needed.
